1) yes, they had a sheriff, show downs, guns, and a bar
2) once the know that they are planning to attack and free joe no refusal
3) they more of get things done and dont let others have the chance to win
4) slow, yes things are not rushed and seemed to me to be done nicely
5) simple and ge more complex as time passes
